Make-up lessons can be used for any reason
-This includes all emergencies and personal situations (illness, scheduling conflicts with school or other activities, family emergencies, having a flat tire, travel, and personal schedules like school field trips, school dances, or vacations)
-

PHOTO VIDEO RELEASE

Discontinuing Lessons
-
If a student decides to discontinue private lessons, a 30-day advance notice in writing is requested prior to discontinuation. Ideally, this decision is made thoughtfully with plenty of discussion between the teacher, caregiver, and student so that lessons can conclude with a positive sense of closure.
- Any remaining cancellations cannot be used to the 30-day discontinuation period.
- Any pending make-up lessons will be offered before leaving the studio, provided that students have given a 30-day advance notice to discontinue lessons and that all payments are current. If you choose not to complete your lessons, no refund will be issued.
Termination
-
An excessive number of missed lessons, repeated unpreparedness, and a consistent failure to follow the teacher's directions during lesson time imply a lack of commitment and may result in dismissal from the studio at the teacher's discretion.

-
Tuition rates are subject to adjustments in response to inflation
